Party Salmon Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Combine all ingredients, except pecans and parsley.
    Mix well.
    Chill several hours.
    Shape in form, ball, etc.
    Sprinkle with pecans and parsley.
    Chill.
