Eight Layer Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep-dish pie shell
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 lb. ham, cut into pieces
    4 strips bacon, diced
    2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion, mushrooms, sausage, ham, bacon and chicken together in a large skillet.
    Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Drain and place in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
    Top with cheese.
    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
    Add half and half and the flour to the eggs and mix until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6.
