Lemon Cheese Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
juice from 2 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put all ingredients together.
Cook in a double boiler until thick.
Let cool and spread on layers.
