Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crabmeat
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    yolks of 2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of mustard
    pinch of cayenne
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Finely shred crabmeat.
    Mix crabmeat well with the bread crumbs moistened with the milk, the yolks of the hard-boiled eggs rubbed through strainer, mustard, salt, pepper and melted butter.
    Fill the timbales or small dishes with the mixture.
    Sift very fine bread crumbs lightly on top; dot with butter.
    Brown quickly in a hot oven, being careful they do not burn.
