Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds (32 ounces) sausage uncooked
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking biscuit mix (I use Bisquick)
    16 ounce sharp cheddar cheese (or 4 cups shredded)
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 container of bean dip
    1 container of Jalapeno dip
    Chopped onions
    Chopped tomatoes
    Chopped green peppers
    Sliced black olives
    Shredded cheese (Colby and Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Cream mixture (1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. mayo, and 1/2 package of taco mix).
