Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 large (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together, then add large can crushed pineapple (drained) and chopped nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Pour pineapple juice over cake while still warm.
