Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 lb. carrots
    flour
Preparation
    Cut chicken in thin slices.
    Roll in flour.
    Melt butter and saute until brown.
    Remove, then add wine, soy sauce, mushrooms and par-cooked carrots.
    Add all to baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
