E-Z Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. onion soup mix
3/4 c. raw rice
1 cut up fryer or parts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprinkle dry soup in pan.
Add raw rice.
Place chicken pieces over rice.
Mix mushroom soup and water together and pour over chicken.
Salt and pepper chicken and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, longer if you want chicken browned.
