Caramel Tassie Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. margarine + 1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. flour
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk + 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese (room temperature), 1 cup margarine and flour all together as you would a pie crust.
    Roll into a ball and chill dough at least 2 hours.
    Then, roll into balls; shape into tassie pans.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    When baking tassies, remove from oven before done; press pastry down gently and place back in oven to finish baking time.
    Cool completely.
    Heat together in double boiler Kraft caramels and 1/2 cup evaporated milk until smooth. Keep heating on low while filling cups 3/4 full.
    Let cool until firm.
