Butter Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut into pieces
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and paprika in melted butter.
    Coat each piece of chicken with the mixture by brushing it on.
    Place in foil lined pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for an additional 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
