Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    coconut (optional)
    Mandarin oranges (optional)
Preparation
    Stir dry pudding mix into pineapple; mix well.
    Blend/fold in Cool Whip and other ingredients.
    Chill and serve.
