Marinade For Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine or red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 large garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1 lb. top round, flank or London Broil
Preparation

Combine marinade ingredients in a shallow glass dish large enough to marinate.
Add meat to marinade, turn to coat other side.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning meat occasionally.
Grill or broil meat to desired doneness.
Slice London Broil thin across the grain of the meat.
