Welsh Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. milk
4 c. bread chunks (can use stale wheat bread, oatmeal bread, raisin-cinnamon bread and white, mix 'em up)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation

Scald milk.
Pour over bread chunks.
Add all other ingredients (butter the baking dish).
Sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until crusty on top.
