Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
handful of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine cornmeal and flour, mixing well.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to dry mixture, stirring until smooth.
Pour the batter into well-greased cast-iron skillet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Invert on a plate.
Serves 8.
