Pink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. Dream Whip
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine Jell-O and pineapple in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
    Cool.
    Fold in Dream Whip, cottage cheese and pecans.
    Place in 1-quart mold and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
