Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs or 2 eggs and 2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 c. honey
prepared pie shell
Preparation

Drain sweet potatoes.
Add cinnamon, salt and sugars.
Mix with fork.
In separate bowl, beat eggs, vanilla and honey by hand.
Slowly pour egg mixture into sweet potato mixture.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
