Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 c. milk
2 1/4 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Mix chicken and mushroom soups, onion, mushrooms, milk and spices.
Mix in rice.
Cover bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan with the rice mixture.
Place chicken on top of the rice. Sprinkle the onion soup mix on the chicken.
Cover and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
