Chicken Alberghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut in half
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    8 oz. prepared Italian
    1/2 c. light cream
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Dip in egg and roll in crumbs.
    Saute in butter until browned.
    Dilute spaghetti sauce with cream.
    Keep out 2 tablespoons of mixture.
    Pour sauce in bottom of covered casserole dish.
    Add chicken.
    Top each piece of chicken with one slice Mozzarella cheese and one slice Swiss.
    Add reserved sauce.
    Sprinkle with butter and Parmesan.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6.
