Greek Stuffed Cabbage Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. rice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. mint flakes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil
Preparation
    Core cabbage and remove leaves one by one.
    Steam leaves in covered kettle of salted water until pliable.
    Drain and cool. Brown beef and break into small pieces.
    Salt and pepper.
    Mix raw rice, mint and onion flakes into beef with 1 can tomato sauce (no added water).
