Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add flavoring and dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk. Mix well and pour into tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Leave cake in pan.
