Mountain Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mild bulk sausage
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation

In skillet, crumble sausage and cook until browned.
Sprinkle flour over browned sausage, stirring constantly.
When mixture is smooth, slowly add milk.
Stir constantly until creamy and bubbly, about 3 minutes.
Serve hot over homemade biscuits.
