Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Great Northern beans (soak and drain)
    2 c. condensed chicken broth (may use instant chicken or beef bouillon)
    salt
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    4 carrots
    2 medium potatoes
    1 can tomatoes
    2 medium onion
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 stalk celery
    2 zucchini
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    broken thin spaghetti (optional)
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    1 fresh tomato (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and zucchini in salad oil.
    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
