Herb Mustard Rub Pork Roasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/4 tsp. marjoram, crushed
    1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pork beef or lamb roast (up to 3 lb.)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine onion, mustard, marjoram, rosemary and pepper.
    Spread mixture on all sides of roast.
    Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
    Roast or grill meat.
