Shanghai Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic in oil.
    Add soup and thawed vegetables.
    Stir in rice and seasonings.
    Turn into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and top with noodles.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8. Or cook in microwave 15 minutes on Medium-high.
