Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Doritos, slightly crushed
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing (fat-free dressing optional)
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 to 3/4 head lettuce, finely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (taco, Cheddar, etc.)
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain.
    Mix in dry taco mix.
    Set aside for 2 hours.
    Mix remaining ingredients except lettuce, Doritos and dressing.
    Add just before serving.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
