Fluffy Moist Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/4 c. hot chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Prepare bread crumbs by toasting in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Place fat, onion and celery in a skillet and saute until onion is transparent.
    Pour over toasted bread crumbs.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well, using a fork. Place in a greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
