Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in oil.
Add eggs (one at a time; blend each in well).
Add dry ingredients; carrots last.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 15-inch greased pan.
Don't overbake.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
