Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. white flour
3 pkg. dry yeast
1 small can shortening
5 lb. sugar
1 1/2 qt. warm water
cinnamon
1 lb. butter
salt
Preparation

Put flour into large pan; form it outward to the edge so as to make it look like a bowl.
Dissolve dry yeast in 3/4 cup warm water (deduct warm water amount from total liquid in the recipe).
Melt 5 tablespoons shortening in separate pan.
Pour 1 1/2 quarts warm water in bowl, less that used in yeast.
Add 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix until dissolved; add salt until it no longer tastes sweet.
Pour the water into the pan of flour.
Pour in the melted shortening. Add the dissolved yeast.
With your hand, start to mix the flour. Mix until sticky.
You will have to add more flour until it is no longer sticky.
