Crawfish Jambalaya(Crawfish Jambalaya In Hitachi Rice Cooker) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can beef broth
1 bell pepper, med. chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. crawfish tails, chopped if large
2 1/2 c. rice - Hitachi cup measurement
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
Preparation
-
Wash rice and drain.
Place ingredients in Hitachi Rice cooker with rice.
Do not add any water.
Season to taste.
Start rice cooker.
Let it cook on complete cycle.
Keep on warm 1/2 hour.
