Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Turn onto floured surface and knead well.
    May be pinched off or cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place in greased pan.
    Gently pat tops with meat grease (this helps them brown).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
