Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pink or red salmon
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. meal
    1 egg
    1 medium chopped onion
Preparation
    Put salmon in large bowl; remove bones.
    Stir in egg, flour, meal and chopped medium onion and mix all together.
    Use teaspoon to spoon out.
    Use hot oil in deep fryer.
    Spoon in salmon. Remove when brown.
    Check first one to make sure it's done inside and out; if not cook longer.
