Shrimp A'La Pape' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (16 to 20 count) shrimp
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    8 to 10 slices bacon (uncooked)
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs and sherry.
    Dip the peeled and deveined shrimp in the egg and then in the crumbs.
    Then dip in egg mixture and crumbs the second time.
    Top each shrimp with bacon slice and crushed garlic.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Then broil until bacon browns and is crisp.
