Cheese-Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
7 or 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 lb. sauteed mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Use a 10-inch quiche pan.
Spread cheese, then bacon, then mushrooms in pan.
In blender, mix remaining ingredients and pour mixture in pan.
Bake for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Let stand 4 to 5 minutes before serving.
