Italian Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. hamburger
    8 oz. (scant 2 c.) uncooked macaroni
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. each: basil, oregano and garlic salt
    2 c. water
    1 lb. Muenster (or any other) cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and sausage until done; drain.
    Combine rest of ingredients (except cheese) with meat.
    Do not precook macaroni.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0; top with cheese for last 15 minutes of baking.
    Serves 8 to 10.
