Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peppers, ground through food chopper and sprinkled with salt
    1 pt. cider vinegar
    2 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Let peppers stand for 2 hours.
    Drain well and add vinegar and sugar.
    Boil until it jells and can while hot.
    Makes 3 pints.
