Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (white)
2 egg yolks
1 c. bread crumbs (fine)
2 c. half and half cream
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Roll meat balls (size of walnuts) in flour and brown on all sides.
Refrigerate.
