Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix or self-rising flour
Preparation
    Combine butter and sour cream in a bowl; mix well.
    Stir in baking mix.
    Spoon into greased miniature muffin cups.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 1 dozen.
