Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, sliced or chopped
    1 green pepper, minced
    3 tbsp. oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onions and pepper in fat until onions are golden.
    Add beef and fry until mixture falls apart.
    Stir in rest of ingredients and pour into greased 2 qt. casserole, cover and bake 2 hour in 350 oven.
    Remove cover last 15 minutes.
