Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots
    1 c. dry bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)
    4 tsp. Longhorn cheese
    3 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut and cook carrots.
    Grate the cheese.
    Saute onion.
    Mix together lightly in a baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
