Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef roast
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots and green beans)
2 cans Spanish rice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chili powder
3 Tbsp. cumin
grated cheese
Preparation

Prepare meat same as \"Mike's Famous Chili\".
After placing shredded beef in pot, add water to cover meat.
Add onion, pepper and frozen vegetables.
Add soy sauce, chili powder and cumin. Cook until vegetables are tender, adding water as needed to cover mixture.
Add Spanish rice.
Warm flour tortillas.
Use slotted spoon to dish meat mixture onto tortilla and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll up tortilla, smother with salsa and eat with a fork.
