Peppermint Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope (40 serving size) low calorie lime flavoring
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
    1 c. prepared low-calorie whipped topping
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water and extract. Place bowl of gelatin in large bowl of ice water; stir until slightly thickened.
    Whip until about doubled in volume.
    Blend in the whipped topping.
    Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
