Corn Muffin Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Brown beef and cook onion; drain fat.
    Stir in corn, tomato sauce, chili powder and salt.
    Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package; spoon into ground beef mixture.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
