Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix egg, milk and oil.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and pour in egg mixture all at once.
Stir lightly and quickly just to mix.
Batter will be lumpy.
Grease muffin pans to about 2/3 full.
Bake about 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown.
