Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    garlic powder (pinch)
    fresh mushrooms
    1 bunch broccoli
    4 or 5 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add soy sauce and garlic powder.
    Brown meat. Add fresh mushrooms and brown.
    Add broccoli, carrots and onion. Stir and simmer.
