French Onion Au Gratin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium onions, sliced
    1 cube oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 cans bouillon
    Provolone cheese
    3 cans clear broth
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Slice very tender white onions and saute in butter until limp but not brown; stir constantly.
    Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add bouillon and broth; bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper.
