Chocolate Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. bourbon
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    sugar
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients, stirring until blended. Combine crumbs, powdered sugar and pecans in a large bowl.
    Add chocolate mixture, stirring well.
    Cover; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar.
    Store in a tight container in refrigerator.
