Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. ground onions
4 c. ground cabbage
4 c. ground green tomatoes
12 ground green bell peppers
6 ground red bell peppers
4 cloves ground garlic
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Grind vegetables with coarse blade.
Cover with salt and let stand overnight.
Drain, rinse and drain again.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and simmer 3 minutes.
Fill hot, sterilized jars and seal.
Makes 6 pints.
