Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine
    juice of 1/2 lemon (1 1/2 Tbsp.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs, beaten
    dash of salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Pour into a 10-inch unbaked pie shell or two 8-inch unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    This is a very rich pie, but so delicious!
