Homemade Pimento And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese (blue box, 16 oz.)
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 (4 oz.) jars pimento
    1 pt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook cheese and milk until cheese is melted.
    Stir constantly on medium heat.
    Add egg, sugar, vinegar and pimento.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
    Remove from stove.
    Put lid on it.
    Cool completely.
    Add mayonnaise and beat with mixer about 3 to 4 minutes.
