Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 to 6 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 bag taco flavored Doritos
    1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil chicken; remove bones and dice into small pieces.
    Mix soups, Ro-Tel, milk and onion in small dish.
    Crumble Doritos. Put 4 to 6 tablespoons chicken broth in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or cake pan.
    Layer chips and chicken.
    Pour 1/2 sauce mixture over this.
    Repeat.
    Cover with grated cheese before baking.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
